A rather belated New Year's update! I've been away for ages and am starting to get notes asking if I'm still here and still working, so I thought I'd better fill in the gaps a bit!  I've been working right through, but late last autumn my cousin started to decline rapidly and died of breast cancer in late October.  My father, who has been doing amazing well on chemo having being diagnosed with stage IV bowel cancer some 3 1/2 years ago, was also pretty unwell through winter and right over Christmas.  On top of all this, my lovely Mother in law (Mumsy) was also diagnosed and is currently undergoing chemo, thankfully, the prognosis for her is

Those of you that know me well, might know that my Dad has been fighting cancer for the past two years.  He's doing really well, but will almost certainly be on chemo for the rest of his life.
